Adding Items
to Your Shopping Cart
If you want to
order an item, click the "Buy Now" button on the
detail page. Use the top navigation bar or the
"Continue shopping" button to keep searching or
browsing until your cart contains all of the items
you want to order. You can access the contents of
your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the view
cart button at the top of every page.
Checking Out
Take a moment to
review all of the items you've placed in your
Shopping Cart. If you decide that you don't want to
purchase a particular item, or that you would like
to order fewer or more of that item than selected,
click on the "change" link to the right of that
item. You will then be able to delete that item
from your basket, or change the quantity. When you
are satisfied with your selections and are ready to
order, click on the "Buy Now" link. You will
be taken to the first page of the order
form.
Tell us where you would like to ship your
order. If your billing address is the same, then check the box to indicate that your billing and shipping address are the same. If they are different, enter you billing information.
Click on NEXT and we will calculate your shipping charge based on the items you've ordered and where they are being shipped.
Credit Card information
Review your shipping charges, and total, then enter your credit card information. and click on Next.
Once you've
placed your order, you'll reach a page that will
give you a confirmation of your order. We will also send you an e-mail message to
your address as a secondary confirmation of your
order.

How We Process Your Order
|
Most items we carry ship within one business day and take 5-8 business days to deliver within the US and 12-14 days to deliver overseas.
If an item you have ordered is not in stock at the time the order is placed, one of our customer service representatives will contact you to give you the new ship date, and to verify that you would still like to place the order. Your credit card is never charged until we verify that the item is in stock.

Credit Card Fraud Prevention

We take extensive measures to insure that your credit card information is protected. Our Secure Transaction Guarantee protects you from fraudulent charges online.
When a warning flag is signaled to our customer service personnel we automatically imitate a fraud screening process to insure that your card information is not being used without your authority.
Why do we ask for a signed photo copy of your credit card? If the shipping address for your order is not on record with your credit card company (for example, you are sending it to your work location) then the only way we have of verifying that someone else does not have your credit card information is by asking you to photo copy your card. If your card information had been stolen from another website --the most common source of fraud on the internet-- then the thief will not be able to provide photocopy proof of possession of your card to us.
Without either proof of physical possession or, a match on your shipping address, we will not ship products or charge your card. It's just another way we protect your information on the internet.

Returns at Van Bourgondien Nursery are easy!
All you need to do is contact our Customer Service Department (support@sellsonic.com), and let us know the reason for the return. We will then let you know where to direct the package.
Hard goods can be returned within 10 days and must be accompanied by a receipt. Sorry, we cannot return items that leave here in good condition and are brought back to us either broken or not in their original boxes or containers. We do not accept the return of live plants.

We are happy to accept international orders from almost any country!*
In this case, after the order is placed, you will be contacted by one of our customer service representatives to gather any additional information that is necessary for us to ship the product to your country. You must respond to this contact for your order to placed.
In addition, all orders are subject to any duties and taxes at the customer's expense.
*We're sorry, but due to problems we have encountered in the past, we no longer ship to Mexico or Indonesia.
